Cancellation Policy
A 20% cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Clients may reschedule their appointment once as long as it is rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time; any further rescheduling will require booking a new appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and will be blocked from future bookings. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; however, if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, their appointment will be rescheduled or a 15% late fee will be applied to your total. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of the booked service(s). Upon booking, clients will receive a text notification specifying the required deposit amount. The remaining balance is due at the time of service and may be paid via cash, Cash App $EstheticBarbie (AE Esthetics), or by using your card on file.
